On May 1, 2025, SGK and SGS & Co formally merge to create Propelis. Propelis officially launches on May 7, 2025, and immediately rebrands the former Diadeis, IDL, and Stevenson operations under the Collide name. The Mauritius Publishing department (formerly Diadeis) becomes Collide, carrying forward its publishing craftsmanship into modern digital, design, and innovation-driven services. IDL’s retail and display expertise is absorbed into Collide’s retail environments, signage, large-format and digital printing, packaging mock-ups, and distribution offerings. Stevenson’s premedia, color-separation, and creative-services capabilities are likewise integrated—enabling Collide to deliver fully connected, end-to-end integrated brand solutions across premedia, digital printing, packaging mock-ups, and on-site execution within Propelis’s global network.
