PROJECT ONE: FEATURE WALL SYSTEM – “IN THE SPOTLIGHT” & “ORIGINAL ICONS”
Challenge: Dr. Martens introduced a new store fixture program in the UK, designed around bold focal elements—“In the Spotlight” and “Original Icons” walls—that needed to be adapted for the North American market. These systems had to balance brand consistency with flexibility for different store formats and local compliance.
Our Solution: We engineered a modular wall display system to meet aesthetic, functional, and environmental goals. Key features included illuminated white shelving for key boot models, signature yellow grid walls, faux stone finishes, and interchangeable modular components for flexibility and scalability.

Challenge: Located on the ground floor of Dr. Martens’ North American HQ, the Portland store needed to reflect the brand’s global identity in a fully immersive, localized space. The goal: create a flagship experience that felt both authentic to Dr. Martens and relevant to Portland’s cultural fabric.
Our Solution: We developed and fabricated a complete fixture package for the store, bringing the brand’s rebellious spirit to life through materiality, structure, and layout. This included wall displays, POS cabinetry, in-store seating, and a continuation of the modular wall elements.
